Refund policy

Returns 
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer refunds or returns for items once they have been used simply because you don’t like the smell. Scent is subjective and individual to the person and therefore, we can’t make any guarantees that everyone will like every scent. Please read the scent descriptions prior to making a purchase, or purchase the Melts to try out the scents first. 

We also do not accept any responsibility or returns for any allergic reaction or sensitivity you may have to a particular scent or ingredient. Any allergens are listed on the back of the product and should be checked before use if you have any known allergies or ingredient sensitivities. We can only accept returns if the product is unused and in original packaging. If you’d like to know of any allergens prior to purchasing, please email us first. In the rare case that a reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately. 

We do accept returns for items that are faulty, or damaged in transit. You will need to contact us by email info@snifflab.store, giving a reason for the return along with photos showing the issue with the items. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days. 

Return Shipping 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of us shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item(s), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t give a guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
